Delete your Thuộc Từ account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion permanently removes the personal data and learning progress attached to it.
Option 1: In-app deletion (fastest)
Open the Thuộc Từ app → Settings → Delete account → follow the on-screen confirmation.
Option 2: Request by email
Send an email to support@91word.com with the subject "Delete account", including:
- Your registered phone number (or device ID for a guest account);
- The statement: "I request permanent deletion of my account and all my data";
- (If asked) a screenshot of the app's profile page to verify account ownership.
What happens after deletion?
- Requests are processed within 30 days; the account becomes inactive immediately upon in-app confirmation;
- All account data, learning data and technical logs are permanently erased, including periodic backups;
- Transaction history and receipts are managed by Google Play — see support.google.com/play;
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion.
